All programs listed under the Client Care System are validated by the specified date range of the programs, the start dates are usually unchanged, they are subject to extensions based on the discretion of Lucie Zen Real Estate.
Clients are eligible for the promotions advertised by Lucie Zen Real Estate only if the clients contact and engage Lucie Zen Real Estate to inquire about the company’s services after the start date of the specific promotional program(s). Contracts signed or transactions in progress before the start date of the specific promotions are not automatically eligible, and can only be eligible based on the sole discretion of Lucie Zen Real Estate.

All cash rewards listed on the website are in Canadian dollars, and applicable to Canadian real estate purchase and sale transactions only, unless otherwise specified.
